Man Convicted of Striking Two Whales

According to the Boston Herald a Gloucester man pled guilty in Federal Court in Boston to striking tow whales with his boat. The man admitted that he hit two humpback whales after going through a bubble cloud made by the whales The man was seen hitting the whales by people on whale watch boats.
The man had to pay a $200 fine and now has a misdemeanor conviction on his criminal record.
