Charges Dropped Against Accused Robber
The Suffolk County District Attorney dropped the criminal charges against a former City of Boston laborer in connection with two store robberies. The man who was arrested by the SWAT team in January lost his job because he was held in jail. The District Attorney's office stated that the man was still being investigated in the robberies. The case was heard in the Brighton District Court.
It frustrates me to read that the DA's Office is still investigating the suspect after the charges were dropped by the same office. The man in this case already lost his job as a direct result of the case. His name was put through the mud and he was arrested by the SWAT team. Now the office cannot even say it was not him. Lets hope that until there are charges that stick against this man he should at least get his job back.
If you or someone you know has been arrested or charged with a criminal in Brighton, Boston or anywhere in Massachusetts you need to speak with an experienced criminal defense lawyer. You need to speak with attorney Patrick Donovan.
