Attorney General Prosecutes Employment Fraud Case

According to the Boston Globe,Gustavo Pina, 29 of Saugus was indicted by a Suffolk County grand jury on Thursday on 22 counts of unemployment fraud. Mr. Pina allegedly collected more than $13,000 in jobless benefits while working. According to Prosecutors Pina was working full time at a mortgage company while collecting the benefits from August 2007 to January 2008. He earned $24,000 on the job during that period. The case against Mr. Pina is being prosecuted by the Massachusetts Attorney General's Ofiice.
