Former Brockton Police Officer Indicted

Michael J. Darrah, a fomer Brockton Police Officer, was indicted by a grand jury in Plymouth county on charges ranging from larceny over $250, larceny under $250, extortion by a police officer, and larceny from a person. Former Officer Darrah is accused of stealing money from people he pulled over when he was a Brockton Police officer. In one instance Officer Darrah is accused of stealing $1700 from an intoxicated man he was transporting to a detox. To read more of this story go the Patriot Ledger
