Police Ignore Judge's Order Not to Question Suspect
A retired judge testified in federal court yesterday that Boston police defied an order he gave a high-ranking officer not to interrogate Shawn Drumgold when they arrested him in August 1988 in connection with the killing of 12-year-old Darlene Tiffany Moore.
