Bill To Legalize Marijuana

On HBO's "Real Time" with Bill Maher, Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank announced that he will file a bill to legalize marijuana. The Congressman said that he would the bill "Make Room for Serious Criminals." The Congressman is seeking to decriminalize the federal penalities for those caught with a small amount of marijuana.
