At the nation's largest St. Patrick's Day Celebration in Savannah, GA a Thomas Joyce a Sgt. Detective was arrest on two count of assault, false imprisonment, criminal trespass, and obstruction by means of resisting. Sgt. Detective Joyce is an eleven year veteran of the Boston Police department. He serves as a drug cop. Sgt. Joyce is listed by the Boston Herald as having earned over 188k last year.
